1. Terms of Use

• Registration & Verification: You are required to register by providing complete, true, and accurate information according to your employment or contract data at Cirebon Power. This is necessary to verify the validity of your Safety Observation reporting data.
• Age Restrictions: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have met the legal working age requirements to use this service.
• Legal Compliance: You are prohibited from using this application for any illegal purposes or activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or internal company regulations.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities and content (data, images, documents, location coordinates, etc.) added to the system.
• System Integrity: You are strictly prohibited from submitting viruses, malware, or any code that may damage the application. Violations will result in immediate account termination without prior notice and potential disciplinary sanctions.

2. Content Upload Policy

In accordance with Cirebon Power policies, the following upload guidelines apply:

• Visual Compliance: Only photos/documents relevant to work context, appropriate, and fully accountable are permitted to be uploaded.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the system.
• Violation Sanctions: Violations of content policies may result in account restrictions and/or legal penalties in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws (including the Electronic Information and Transactions Law).

3. Data Confidentiality & Privacy

• Password Security: We guarantee that your password is stored in encrypted form. In case of access recovery, the system can only perform a password reset without being able to retrieve your old password.
• User Negligence: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Cirebon Power is not liable for any loss or misuse of data resulting from your negligence in securing your account.
• Company Data: You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of this service for purposes outside of official Cirebon Power operations without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability & Service

• Service Availability: We strive to maintain a minimum application uptime of 90% per month. However, technical disruptions due to maintenance or network issues beyond our control may occur.
• Data Accuracy: Although the system is designed for accurate Safety Observation recording, the correctness of data input is highly dependent on field user reports. We welcome suggestions to improve program quality.
• Content Removal: Cirebon Power reserves the right to remove accounts or content that contains unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or intellectual property-infringing material.
• Disclaimer: The application developers and service providers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use this service. All risks of use are borne by the user in accordance with applicable safety standard operating procedures (SOPs).
